Civil 3D 2009 1st Impressions

My 1st impression of Civil 3D 2009… well i wasn’t surprised by the interface change i started beta testing it when it was still in Alpha. to me its a little bit easier to navigate… love the fact that hydraflow is now included for stormwater design. if you have a duel core machine you will love this release in most cases it flies. you will however need the 3GB of ram that is recommended. if you have aerials or other images in a drawing it processes these images supper fast almost no lag time… more to come i am having a problem right now and am working with my reseller so i will keep you up to date….

The 1st Post

Hello Everyone well This is the 1st post so lets get it out of the way. This Blog is going to be for Civil designers and Civil engineers, and is going to be a place to come for tips and tricks and General discussion or both Autodesk’s Civil 3D and AutoCad. Sometime in the future may even start doing a podcast so let me know what you think about that!!!!!!!! Well Check Back in becasue I am going to start bloging on the newest release of Civil 3D as i tear into it at work just got it last week!!!!!!!!!!
